SHIPPING OPTIONS

The Peanut Butter of Trains offers ground shipment inside the continental United States through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS.If a specific carrier is not requested, the carrier will be decided by The Peanut Butter of Trains and will be based on the size and weight of your package.Total shipping charges are $5.95 for all orders for ground shipping.If you wish to use a different carrier, or would like express service, additional charges will apply.Shipping charges are not refundable unless your order is cancelled before it is shipped.Due to shipper restrictions we are often unable to ship to Post Office boxes or APO, FPO, PSC addresses.Please provide a street address for all orders.The Peanut Butter of Trains reserves the right to incur charges not known at order time for unusually large or heavy packages.You will be notified of any adjustments to these charges prior to the shipment of the order.

• All shipments are subject to stock availability.
• Most in-stock orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow up to seven (7) business days from credit approval for delivery on all in-stock ground shipping orders.

• Items listed as “On Order”are items that may or may not be in stock in our retail store at any given time, but are readily available from our distributors and usually ship within 3-5 days

• The Peanut Butter of Trains reserves the right to ship via alternate carriers.
• If any part of your order has shipped, there will be no refund of shipping charges.


SALES TAX

The Peanut Butter of Trains maintains a retail store in Illinois, and therefore must automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Illinois. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales or other taxes on orders shipped to any other state.

PRICING

Due to the rapid and constant price changes in hobby industry, we are unable to "price match" and we cannot and will not make price adjustments after an order has shipped.Costs change on a daily basis. Prices displayed on these pages are calculated from information supplied by our distributors.The Peanut Butter of Trains is not responsible for this type of adjustment.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Paypal, and American Express for accounts that are issued in the United States. Please contact us before ordering if you live outside the United States.Please contact The Peanut Butter of Trains at the_peanut_butter_of_trains@yahoo.com if you are placing an order from outside the United States for credit card and shipping options.There is no surcharge from The Peanut Butter of Trains for using your credit card to make purchases.Please be sure to provide the correct and exact billing address along with the correct billing telephone number. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order, or your order may be rejected by our shopping cart software.Your credit card will not be billed until your merchandise is ready for shipment..

Checks/Money Orders
The Peanut Butter of Trains is happy to accept money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check. Since the length of time for check clearance is different at each bank, please allow up to ten (10) banking days for your order to be released on all personal and business checks orders. We will charge a $30.00 fee on all returned checks.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
The Peanut Butter of Trains makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of product information, description, and availability.In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic or technical error, The Peanut Butter of Trains shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.

The Peanut Butter of Trains makes every effort to maintain accurate information on item availability.Because we maintain a retail store in conjunction with this website, items may be sold out in our retail store before they can be removed from our online store.If you order an item that is out of stock and cannot be reordered, you will be notified as soon as possible and your credit card will not be charged.
